Now this is a product for real pain! Whilst walking in New Zealand and doing the Inca Trail, James and I nearly used a whole pot, and the product should be used sparingly! It is a fantastic product providing serious pain relief. It should be used overnight as the affected area really heats up. A word of warning to the men who might use this product – please wash your hands after using this item especially before going to the loo – James found out the hard way!!
